Our beginners’ class is aimed at complete beginners and those with
limited tying experience. Each exercise can be adapted to different
levels of experience so even if you have done a beginner’s class
before, you will still find things to learn and improve on. We aim to give you the skills you need to start playing with rope

Topics include:

• Consent and safety
• Body management
• Negotiation
• Rope handling
• Tension
• Basic knots and frictions
• Freestyle floor tying

A communal rope box is available if you don’t have your own rope.
